[Bucky hears Steve coming before he sees him and immediately turns around to greet him, tail wagging enthusiastically. It's probably not shocking they're both dogs, and really, if he was into that sort of introspective stuff, maybe he'd try and start applying it to everyone else who'd been affected by the flood and see what their animal said about them. But right now he was wayyy more focused on the fact that Steve was Pack and he was super excited to see him.
