Civilians say gun and they can mean anything that shoots something outta it, but when we say gun, we mean some kinda artillery piece. A rifle's a firearm with a stock and a barrel, which has a spiraled groove on the inside that gives the bullet a spin when it comes out. It makes it more accurate.
